Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Kaarobaar collects, how we handle your Excel and account data, and how to reach us. Kaarobaar is a decision-intelligence product: you upload business Excel, and we generate insights from that data.
Introduction
Kaarobaar provides analytics and AI-powered business insights from workbooks you choose to upload. We process information so we can operate your workspace, keep businesses isolated from one another, and improve reliability. We do not sell your business data.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Kaarobaar, we may collect:
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and authentication details needed to sign in and manage your workspace.
- Business information you provide — such as business name, membership, and the contents of Excel you upload so Kaarobaar can map columns and generate insights.
- Usage information — such as product actions needed to run the service securely (for example, signing in, uploading a file, or opening a report).
Excel data handling
Uploaded Excel files are processed temporarily so Kaarobaar can generate insights. The original uploaded files are not stored permanently.
Mapped business information needed to show analytics in your workspace may remain until you remove it or request account deletion. Insights are produced from your data; Kaarobaar does not invent missing metrics.

Security practices
Access to business data is scoped to workspace membership. We use industry-standard hosting and authentication practices, encrypted connections in transit, and access controls intended to keep one business from seeing another. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk and to respond if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Workspace owners remain responsible for the business data they upload and for who they invite.
Account deletion requests
To request deletion of your Kaarobaar account and associated personal data, email support.kaarobaar@gmail.com from the address on the account. We will confirm the request and complete deletion once we have verified ownership, except where we must retain limited records for security or legal reasons.
