Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Kaarobaar, a software service that turns your Excel into decision intelligence. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree, do not use Kaarobaar. If you use Kaarobaar on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

Using Kaarobaar responsibly

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes, only with data you are allowed to upload, and only in ways that do not harm the platform or other customers. You must not attempt to access another workspace, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or misuse insights to mislead others.

User account responsibility

You are responsible for the credentials on your account, for who you invite into a workspace, and for activity that occurs under your login. Notify us promptly at support.kaarobaar@gmail.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Business data accuracy

Kaarobaar reasons from the Excel and mappings you provide. You remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of that source data. If a column is missing or mapped incorrectly, insights will be limited or wrong. We do not invent figures to fill gaps.

AI recommendation disclaimer

Kaarobaar provides insights and recommendations to help you see what the workbook supports. You remain responsible for business decisions. Recommendations are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment or an ERP.

Platform usage rules

  • Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not interfere with security, rate limits, or other users.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows.
  • Do not use the product to generate or distribute unlawful content.

Service availability

We aim to keep Kaarobaar available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product develops. We may perform maintenance, limit usage to protect the platform, or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice where practical.

Account restrictions

We may suspend or restrict an account that violates these terms, threatens the security of the service, or puts other customers at risk. You may stop using Kaarobaar at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
